ReplyDeleteHow do I fix it? I also see the same issue on your website. When I increase the screen resolution by zooming our browser screen, the buttons and text return to normal.
Also I am unable to signup for support at your site. Its shows that my purchase code is invalid. I bought the theme just 4 days back.
Can you post the annswer to my issue here? As I dont want to wait until the purchase code issue is resolved to get support.

I just checked my demo and see that the complete blog post text is displaying, can you go to my profile and provide us wp admin access to check it out?

ReplyDeleteMonday is over. Tuesday started. Status update? What kind of support is this? So many bugs in the website no proper support. No proper replies. You ask me to submit my queries on this page and yet you dont bother to reply. I am plannign on going with some other theme. This theme has just too many bugs! No support is an added pain.

ReplyDeleteWhat ever text you added in the custom fields those will be displayed there in above images, so change the text you need in custom fields as per your requirements.
We just fixed the Talent Meta details resizing issue, you can re download theme and update it.

The homepage is not showing the complete blog post. I have already sent you the login details through personal message. I have selected the home page as recent post and only excerpt is shown. The full post is not displayed. I changed the theme to 2015 and 2016, and the complete post is shown on the home page. This is definitely a Theme issue. Can you fix this issue first?

What ca we say on this? we did this theme intendedly to show the excerpt only, rarely use the full content in blog page.
ReplyDeleteMost of the users like to show the blog post as excerpt so we did like this.
If you want then we will guide you to display complete text but you will have to manage it your self on every updates.
Yeah I will do it on every update or would creating a child theme work?

ReplyDeleteopen “template-part/content.php” where at the bottom of the page you can see the display wordpress function, just remove the numbers 30 and 500 and test it.
Removing the values showed a blank page. Instead adding a large number like 30000 and 500000 to the brackets displayed the whole text.
