you miss lot of part of theme should have. that’s why i don’t have to asking because your work is so noob here.
so buy a another good theme pattern and study it before you put your work on sale. Check my last comment what theme should have.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry, but there are exactly 1403 authors on Theme Forest and we are #21 in the charts, so do you really think we are that stupid to not have comments or whatever you claimed is supposedly missing?
To answer your detail lacking feedback: We do have gallery (http://demo.freshface.net/file/lcp/wp/gallery/), I have no idea what “TYPO” is apart from it being a written spelling mistake, I also have no idea what “GLIDE” is, we have a single page (http://demo.freshface.net/file/lcp/wp/html-test-page/) and we have comments template (http://demo.freshface.net/file/lcp/wp/blog/inspiration/this-is-a-headline-of-your-blog-post/).
Maybe you should learn how to express your thoughts first so I can understand what you are trying to say and then write here, preferably in a more friendly manner.

We get comments about the HTML version once in a month so I just jumped the gun and assumed you were talking about the WP version, sorry for that. So yes, some things you mentioned are missing and there are no plans to upgrade them into HTML version.

ReplyDeleteI am really sorry for the confusion but we rarely receive comments about HTML version and the current support system doesn’t let us distinguish easily between HTML and WP therefore we wrote you about WP version earlier. So to answer your questions now, the HTML version is sold as is and we do not plan any updates due to low demand. Thanks for understanding and have a great day!

I’m having problems with images showing in the slider It was working just fine when it was hosted locally (using mamp). I’ve changed permissions on the scripts caches folder to 777 but still no luck….. Some help would be much appreciated! Here’s the demo site:

Great theme! I am having just 2 small bugs.
ReplyDelete1. The thumbnails on the slider don’t seem to load when they are clicked (crimsonsociety.co). I am guessing something is breaking inside jQuery?
2. The contact form doesn’t seem to send mail. After info is typed into the fields and click submit, it just highlights the email field in red.
Any help with these are greatly appreciated.

ReplyDeleteI must say the theme fits the content of your website perfectly! Just like it was made for it, I love it!
Do you have any plugins installed that could cause the slider to break? That’s the issue most of the time.
You could try the plugin “Configure SMTP” or contacting your hosting company about that, sometimes they can enable emailing with a click.

The Slider Image is a big problem in HTML version. it doesnt move. Just show first image and that´s it.

I was trying to search correct credentials in cPanel, but suddenly it’s in spanish language so even when I searched the FTP, I wasn’t able to accomplis that. The main problem is the FTP link, my client is throwing me errors that the link does not exists.

If you use a FTP Client like FILEZILLA, is easy to cennect! Try please. Can´t figure out what is wrong with FTP link cause i never use this way. Regards

ReplyDeleteIt’s a error in javascript called “Events.js” Most probably its caused by one of your external plugins installed. Please try to de-activate them step by step and let me know if it helps
