Compatibility
- Fresh Newsletter is compatible with all major email clients.
- It can be used in any email program or online service which support importing/editing HTML code (such as Aweber, Constant Contact, iContact, Mailchimp and Vertical Response, etc…), although the email template renders perfectly in Outlook 2007-2016 it’s not recommended to use Outlook to send it to your clients.
- Template has been optimized for rendering in Outlook 2007-2016 versions including those running under 120 DPI.
- Outlook 2007-2010 and old browsers don’t support border-radius (rounded corners).

Hi i just bought this Fresh Newsletter, however i need help on some of it.
ReplyDelete1) If i am going to import it using Mailchimp, is it possible for us to “edit” it using the mailchimp function itself? Or I have to edit using photoshop still?
2) I tried to import the templates, however only the “Blue-Dark background” is successfully imported (the one you created 1.zip on the newsletter). When i try to import the rest, this is what i did.
I have change the body to mc:edit and i have zip the 1.html and images file together.
But when i upload it, it shows The archive was empty or otherwise corrupt in Mailchimp
Please advise me on this. Thank you very much.

ReplyDeleteHowever For QN No.1 i am still abit confused on this. I downloaded a trial version of photoshop CC and when i open the PSD files, there’s nothing inside it.
Please advise how do i really edit your Fresh Newsletter?

ReplyDeleteThanks for purchasing Fresh Newsletter, the layers in the PSD file are hidden by default so you can show the color folder with its layers you wish to edit, make sure the layers panel is shown (Window > Layers) then click to show the color folder you wish to edit, for a detailed guide with screenshot please check out the help documentation.

Question when I click on the .html without the image folder present the corners are not rounded anymore. Can you tell me what I need to do to keep the corners rounded like the original?

The rounded corners are the images. If you remove or relocate the folder with images the template will not read them. Same goes for all other images that you place in your template. If you want to host the images online you can upload them online and change their location in the template to be read from website that you upload them into.
You can check the help documentation file included in the download package for more information about changing images locations.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your interest in Fresh Newsletter, there is no specific support for the layout on gmail app so the layout would be zoomed out and you can zoom in to enlarge the text or any specific portion of the email.

Hi, if you can fix your templates to be responsive, I’d buy this ASAP… if you minimise your browser so it resembles a cell phone screen, your content boxes do not resize correctly… if you can fix that, I’ll buy this.
